Return Policy
1. Specifications and Condition
All items sold through this site are used and are sold "as is" with no warranty of conformity to the manufacturer's warranty. The seller warrants that the specifications of the item are accurate at the time of sale. The condition and all components and assemblies are in working order, but have a certain percentage of wear and tear due to previous use.
2. Returns due to description inconsistency
If the item description contains incorrect specifications, such as lift height, load capacity or other important parameters that significantly affect the use of the equipment, we are ready to accept the item back and refund the money if the customer finds that these discrepancies significantly affect the ability to use the item for its intended purpose.
3. Not a reason for return
The return of the goods is not possible due to minor defects in appearance, such as scratches, scuffs, discoloration or other damage, which are normal signs of wear and tear of a used product. All defects related to normal wear and tear were taken into account when drawing up the Product Specification.
4. Hidden defects
In the event of detection of hidden defects that were not obvious during inspection of the product, the Seller is ready to consider the possibility of partial compensation for repair costs if the defect seriously affects the functionality of the product. In such cases, we can help organize repairs or compensate for part of the costs.
5. Return after sale of the goods
If the goods do not meet the Buyer's requirements and cannot be returned, we are ready to assist in their further sale. In the event of sale of the goods to a third party, the Seller returns to the Buyer the amount received from the sale of the goods, after deducting the costs of storage and sale of equipment.
6. Return of a new product
If the product description contains incorrect technical specifications, such as lifting height, load capacity or other important parameters that significantly affect the use of the equipment, we are ready to accept the product back and refund the money if the client finds that these discrepancies significantly affect the ability to use the product for its intended purpose. The return period is up to 14 days.
7. Agreement to the terms
Purchasing the product means that the Buyer is familiar with all the technical specifications, wear and condition of the product, and also confirms that he has no claims to the Seller regarding the description and condition of the product, if these characteristics correspond to those specified in the Specification.
